EDIT:  In the interest of full disclosure, I'm leaving the bit about Jobs, as is.  However, I was tired and cranky when I wrote it, and looking at it again thanks to a (however unintentional) nudge from a friend, I see now that it comes across as being a pretty crappy way or wording it. I wasn't honestly trying to make anyone else feel bad for paying tribute, and I'm sorry if anyone took it that way. My apologies, my bad.

Okay. So Steve Jobs is dead. Bummer, I get that. I like my computer and ipod, but don't really know anything about Jobs one way or the other.

Rev. Fred Shuttlesworth, however, honestly bums me out, and it's worse because the news of his passing is going to be completely underreported, I (hopefully wrongly) predict, all due to timing.
